Omi beef steak sasa-sushi

May 12, 2016, Hachiden, the “grilled on jade” steak house’s new product, the “Omi beef steak sasa-sushi” is on sale!

Opened in June of 2013, the “grilled on jade” steak house Hachiden is located in Nagoya (Kazuhide Co., Ltd).

Highly esteeming in Japan from ancient times, jade’ stone are heated up and used in an uncommon way in order to grill the Omi beef steak.

Thanks to those jade ‘stones infrared rays’ effects, the fine quality of the Omi beef steak deliciousness is locked up and the steak keeps its tenderness once grilled.

As served steaks are accompanied with a small jade stone, it’s also possible to adjust cooking to your own liking.

Kept hidden since a long time as simple beautiful stones, those fruits of the Earth’ secret, as to be proficient in finest quality Omi beef steak, has been revealed by Hachiden.

The “grilled on jade” steak house Hachiden serves steaks of various parts of Omi-beef (including rare parts) on its traditional Japanese “all kinds of Omi beef” course which won the favor of costumers.

Let’s enjoy eating this “all kinds of Omi beef” course; including Omi beef’ rare parts and 4 or 5 kinds of different parts of beef; served in a typical Japanese traditional way.

Using Japanese fresh green sasa leaves, Hachiden, the “grilled on jade” steak house newly released product: the “Omi beef steak sasa-sushi”.

The “Omi beef steak sasa-sushi” is a new style of eating steak; it is traditionally made by hands and with Omi beef steak especially cut to fit the sushi.

The “Omi beef steak sasa-sushi” is a delicious combination between steak and minced Omi beef steak. Hachiden takes a special care in choosing ingredients; sushis are made with a domestically produced and poor in pesticide rice, premium red vinegar and without any sugar addition.

It’s now possible to savor the new “gem” of Hachiden; a never experienced before combination between the aroma of sasa leaves and the finest quality of Omi beef’s flavor.

The “Omi beef steak sasa-sushi” is sold at Hachiden shop and requires a reservation (3 days in advance).

From the 25th to the 31th of May, 2016, the “Omi beef steak sasa-sushi” will be displayed at “Gochiso Paradise’s” “artisanal flavors collection” on the 1rst basement floor of Matsuzakaya’s main building in Nagoya.
